Our focus is on customers from medium-sized businesses starting from around 1,000 employees. We are also available for projects with multinational corporations.
To date, we have served customers from the discrete manufacturing, chemical, distribution, and pharmaceutical industries. Depending on the project goal, we are not limited to industries.

How much presence do you recommend?
Our on-site presence with the customer is entirely based on their individual demand and requirements. In general, we are available to our customers on site globally.
At the beginning of each project, in critical project phases (e.g. project phase changes, GoLive, etc.) and at important meetings, we are usually on-site.
For simple, recurring coordination or for controlling, planning and to-do lists, the cost/benefit aspects of telephone and video conferences are convincing.

We fully support German and English.
How do we get together?
After our first contact, we meet for the first time in person or via video conference. We align on your specific challenges, needs and expectations. Based on this, we will show you our support options. We then define together the type and scope of our collaboration.
